A delicious and satisfying snack that is great for everyday and, of course, a festive table. Lavash roll according to this recipe is a bit similar to the Mimosa salad, beloved by many, but in a very original serving!

  1. We prepare all the necessary products.
  2. I have two rectangular lavash, their total weight is 220 g.
  3. Boil the eggs hard boiled (10 minutes after boiling), then cool in cold water.
  4. We clean the cooled eggs and rub on a coarse grater.
  5. Canned fish (without liquid) knead with a fork.
  6. We rub the cheese on a medium grater.
  7. Wash the onion and dill, dry and finely chop.
  8. We put a layer of mayonnaise on the pita bread.
  9. Spread the eggs in an even layer. They took about half of the first pita from me.
  10. Then spread some of the grated cheese on the remaining half of the pita bread.
  11. Sprinkle the top with onion and dill.
  12. We begin to roll the pita bread into a roll, leaving one edge unwrapped.
  13. From above, on the edge of the first pita bread, we overlap the second pita bread.
  14. On the second pita bread we also apply a layer of mayonnaise.
  15. If the cheese is still left, we continue to spread it on the second pita bread. After the cheese, spread the canned fish evenly on the rest of the pita bread.
  16. Sprinkle again with onions and dill.
  17. We roll pita bread with canned fish, boiled eggs and cheese into a tight roll.
  18. Such a roll can also be made from a larger number of pita breads, alternately laying them on top of each other.
  19. We wrap the Mimosa pita roll in cling film and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
  20. When the roll is soaked, cut it into portioned pieces and serve.
