An original appetizer - pita rolls with crab sticks, melted cheese and cucumber, fried in a pan. It is incredibly tasty - a crispy base, delicate crab stick filling is in perfect harmony with cheese, herbs and fresh cucumber, which after heat treatment becomes a bit like pickled.

  1. Prepare food items on the list. Choose crab sticks with the ability to deploy. Wash and dry fresh cucumber and herbs.
  2. Cucumber cut into thin long strips. Cut greens finely.
  3. Peel the crab sticks from the packaging film and unfold. Lavash cut into 8 parts, which should be slightly larger in size than the unfolded crab stick. Lubricate pita bread with melted cheese. Put the unfolded crab stick on top and also grease it with melted cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the entire workpiece with herbs, lay 3 strips of cucumber on the edge.
  5. Roll the pita bread into a roll, starting from the edge with the cucumber.
  6. Do the same with all crab sticks and pita bread.
  7. Crack an egg into a bowl and beat with a fork. Dip the rolls in the egg.
  8. Then bread the rolls in breadcrumbs.
  9. Heat up the pan, pour in the oil. Lay out the rolls and fry on each side for 2 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Lavash rolls with crab sticks, melted cheese and cucumber are ready.
  11. Serve immediately, on its own or with your favorite sauce.
  12. Enjoy your meal!
