Lavash vegetable roll with Adyghe cheese

A delicious recipe for making a vegetable roll from pita bread with Adyghe cheese, stuffed with spinach, carrots, sweet peppers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We spread a sheet of pita bread and grease it with a mixture of Adyghe cheese, ginger, grated on a fine grater, yogurt, grated lemon zest and mustard. We leave the edges of the pita bread not greased (about 1 cm each).
  2. Top with spinach leaves, pre-washed and dried.
  3. Pour in the middle carrots, grated on a fine grater, in a wide strip.
  4. Add chopped bell pepper in the center.
  5. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and sprouted soybeans on top (optional). Salt, pepper.
  6. Lavash stuffed with vegetables and Adyghe cheese rolled up.
  7. Bon appetit!
