Lazy squash pizza

  1. We clean the zucchini, rub it on a coarse grater and squeeze out all the liquid.
  2. Add eggs, flour (6 tablespoons, I have rye), favorite spices and mix everything.
  3. Pour olive oil into a frying pan and spread the mixture "pancake".
  4. When the crust appears, turn the "pancake" over. Put bacon (or other meat), tomatoes, grated cheese and herbs on top. Cover with a lid and cook for 7-10 minutes over low heat. Bon Appetit!
