We cook delicious honey cakes with raisins at home, which are ideal for a daily diet, as well as for fasting and for vegetarians. Delicious homemade baked goods!

  1. In a deep bowl, mix warm water (45-50 degrees), sugar, salt and honey. Stir to melt the honey.
  2. After the honey has completely melted, add vegetable oil and beat with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Add the baking powder to the sifted flour. Pour flour into liquid ingredients. First, just stir.
  4. Then beat until smooth without lumps.
  5. Add steamed raisins, mix.
  6. Lubricate the cupcake molds with vegetable oil (brush or napkin) and fill with dough for 2/3 of the volume.
  7. We place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake lean honey cupcakes for 20 minutes.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle the cooled honey cakes with raisins with powdered sugar.
