Lemonade "Tarragon": homemade recipe

Thanks to tarragon leaves, this lemonade acquires a rich green color. Tarragon has a calming effect, so a glass of this lemonade - is just what you need after work.

Ingredients

• 100 g of granulated sugar;
• 200 ml of water;
• 2 large lemons;
• 40 g of fresh tarragon greens (tarragon);
• 1 liter of carbonated water.

Directions

1. In a saucepan, mix sugar, water, and tarragon leaves (leave a few leaves to serve).
2. After boiling, boil for about 10 minutes. Then grind with blender tarragon, which "floats". Strain. Cool.
3. Pour tarragon syrup into a jar, and squeeze the juice of 1.5 lemons. Cut one-half of the lemon into slices and leave to serve.
4. Pour carbonated water. Add tarragon leaves and lemon slices. Infuse and cool for 1 hour.
