I propose to cook a roll from a very nutritious and rich in useful elements chicken liver. Put a delicious, bright filling of pepper, tomato and greens on a cake of fried with vegetables and chopped liver, roll it up and bake it in the oven. It turns out tasty, healthy and quite elegant.

  1. Peel and wash one onion and carrot.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings, and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. We wash the liver, dry it, remove excess films and fat. Cut the liver into pieces.
  4. In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil and fry the onions and carrots for 3-4 minutes, until soft.
  5. Add the chopped liver to the vegetables and fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
  6. The liver inside should remain raw. Salt, pepper, mix. We shift the liver with vegetables from the pan into a suitable container and leave to cool at room temperature.
  7. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  8. Peel the second onion and cut into cubes.
  9. Peppers are washed and cleaned from the stalk and seeds. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut vegetables into cubes.
  10. In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, spread the onion and fry for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
  11. Add tomatoes and peppers to the onion.
  12. Simmer vegetables over low heat for 2 minutes.
  13. We twist the cooled liver with vegetables through a meat grinder.
  14. We spread a cling film on the working surface, put the liver in a rectangular layer 25x30 cm.
  15. In the middle of the rectangle (along the length), spread the fried vegetables in a wide strip.
  16. Dill, parsley and green onions are washed, dried and finely chopped.
  17. We spread the greens in a narrow strip in the middle of the vegetables.
  18. Using cling film, carefully roll up the roll.
  19. Carefully transfer the roll to a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and grease the product with a beaten egg.
  20. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake the roll for 15-20 minutes.
  21. Cool the finished roll a little.
  22. Then we shift the roll to a dish, cut into portions and decorate with fresh herbs.
