Luigi cocktail

Classic of the 20s. The cocktail was created by a certain Luigi Naintre at the Criterion restaurant on Piccadilly Circus in London.

Ingredients

• Gin - 35 ml (6 tsp)
• Dry vermouth - 35 ml (6 tsp)
• Grenadine pomegranate liqueur - 6 ml (1 tsp)
• Cointreau orange liqueur - 3-5 drops (1 dash)
• Half mandarin juice (tangerine)

Directions

1. Shake well all ingredients with ice and pour into a glass. Garnish with a wedge of tangerine (this is almost the same as tangerine, only with a lot of seeds).
