Mandarin liqueur with honey

Ingredients

• vodka 200 ml
• Carnation 6 pcs.
• tangerines 5 pieces.
• star anise 3 pcs.
• sugar 1/2 cup
• honey 1/2 cup
• cinnamon sticks

Directions

1. Mix honey and granulated sugar and melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven until sugar is completely dissolved, add vodka.
2. Tangerines, together with the peel, cut into rings and place in a jar, add the prepared spices. Pour the honey mixture into the vessel. Close the jar tightly and remove the tangerine liqueur with honey for at least a month.
