Marinated crab sticks are a juicy and unique appetizer that you can easily make at home. Using a minimum of ingredients to implement the recipe, you get the maximum taste in the dish!

  1. Cut the sticks obliquely into medium-sized pieces and put in a deep container.
  2. Peel half a large onion or one small one from the husk along with garlic cloves. Cut into small cubes and put on crab sticks.
  3. Rinse and chop the dill, pour it into a container along with a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour in raspberry or apple cider vinegar. (Remember that these types of vinegar are less acidic than 9%!)
  5. Send soy sauce, olive oil, add turmeric and ground peppers there.
  6. Gently mix the entire contents of the container together.
  7. Put the marinated crab sticks in jars and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to soak, then serve.
