  1. 1. Greek yogurt can be replaced with spreadable cottage cheese or baby cheese.
  2. 2. Cut the banana into slices and freeze in advance when you want a cool drink. For cold days, just take a banana at room temperature.
  3. 3. Place yogurt and banana in a whisking glass, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. 4. Add a heaping spoonful of peanut butter.
  5. 5. Add milk and whisk.
  6. 6. Pour into a glass!
  7. 7. Garnish with cinnamon or other spice.
