Mocha coffee

Some mocha recipes use cocoa powder, others use melted chocolate.
Try this simple chocolate syrup recipe for strong coffee.

Ingredients

• 100 ml freshly brewed espresso
• 30 ml chocolate syrup
• 30 ml milk
• whipped cream and grated chocolate for garnish

Directions

1. Preheat an ovenproof hot glass and milk.
2. Pour syrup into a warm glass, then espresso and finally hot milk. Garnish with a cap of whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
