Morocchio coffee with whipped cream

It's ready in no time and looks great.

Ingredients

• ground coffee 2 tsp
• cocoa 1 tsp
• brown sugar ½ tsp
• fat cream 70 ml

Directions

1. 1. Whip the cream with a blender with a whisk attachment until fluffy.
2. 2. Brew 50-70 ml of espresso coffee.
3. 3. Pour sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa into a transparent cup, pour in espresso, garnish with cream and sprinkle with the remaining cocoa through a sieve.
