A tasty, interesting and budgetary dish of the usual oatmeal - oatmeal zrazy stuffed with melted cheese. Oatmeal cutlets are ruddy, fragrant, with a crispy crust and delicate filling. A great option for connoisseurs of solid dishes!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the items on the list.
  2. Instead of processed cheese, you can use sausage, mushrooms or greens as a filling.
  3. Processed cheese is suitable both soft and in briquettes.
  4. I use instant oatmeal, but you can also use long boiled oatmeal.
  5. Bring about 250-300 ml of water to a boil in any convenient way.
  6. Send oatmeal in a deep bowl, pour boiling water over it, mix and cover with a plate or lid. If it's instant cereal, let it sit for about 3-5 minutes. If the oatmeal is long-cooked, steam for about 15-20 minutes, until it swells and the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  8. Heat half the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Add the fried onion to the swollen oatmeal.
  10. Add eggs, salt and pepper.
  11. If processed cheese is in briquettes, cut it into small cubes. The one that is smeared is more tender, it is more convenient to spread it with a teaspoon.
  12. It is convenient to form zrazy with a spoon. First, collect the oatmeal, then add a teaspoon of melted cheese.
  13. Top with oatmeal.
  14. Roll in semolina.
  15. Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  16. Lay out the blanks and fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  17. Oatmeal zrazy with melted cheese are ready. Let them cool slightly and serve with sour cream, ketchup or any other sauce of your choice, if desired.
  18. Bon appetit!
