  1. Peel 18 large oranges (or 24 tangerines), cut into crosswise slices (remove all grains), knead in a ceramic bowl with a large wooden spoon.
  2. Pour warm boiled water, cover with gauze, let stand for a day in the sun.
  3. Then strain, add 800 g of sugar, stir, put in the sun.
  4. When the fizzy begins to ferment, pour into bottles, adding 2-3 raisins and orange zest to each. Cork tightly, keep cold (horizontal).
