Pamplemousse cocktail

The name of the cocktail is a French word meaning "grapefruit" (and also, this is the name of the northern region of the island of Mauritius, and the botanical garden in this area). It's not hard to guess what the main aroma of this attractive cocktail should be.

Ingredients

• Canadian Whiskey - 36 ml (6 tsp)
• Liqueur "Yuzhny Comfort" - 12 ml (2 tsp)
• Grapefruit juice - 50 ml (6 tbsp. L.)
• Pineapple syrup - 6 ml (1 tsp)

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well in a shaker with ice. Strain into a low glass half filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit rind and a cocktail cherry.
