Pancakes can be prepared according to any recipe, the filling can also be varied. After rolling the pancakes into rolls, you need to put them in the oven and bake until golden brown.

  1. Prepare the filling: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cut the onion and pepper into thin strips (cut a small part of the pepper into cubes, you will need 2 tablespoons for decoration). Add onion and pepper cut into strips. Salt. Saute for 15 minutes until vegetables are soft. Add chopped garlic and ground pepper, cook for another 30 minutes. Put tomatoes with their own juice on stewed vegetables and mash them with a spoon. Cook 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Arrange pancakes on the table. Grate the cheese on a large grater. Sprinkle each pancake with cheese, without adding 2 cm to the edge.
  3. Place ¼ cup of stewed vegetables in the middle of each pancake.
  4. Roll into rolls and place on a baking sheet measuring 32.5x22.5 cm.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with herbs and diced peppers.
