Cook for yourself and your loved ones - it's much tastier and healthier than store-bought soda. At home, on a walk, or at a picnic - lemonade will perfectly quench your thirst.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Wash the peaches, and remove the pits (the weight of the prepared peaches is given in the list). Cut into large pieces.
  2. 2. Pour water into a saucepan, dip the pieces of peaches, and add sugar (the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the peaches, I put ¾ cup and the lemonade turned out just right for sweetness). Bring to a boil, stir, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Cool slightly, transfer the peach pulp to a blender and beat until a smooth puree. I had pink peaches and at first, the color was not very pretty... Cool the puree completely.
  4. 4. Squeeze 200 ml of juice from lemons (I use 3 large lemons).
  5. 5. Add lemon juice to the blender bowl and magically the color of the puree becomes a nice pink!
  6. 6. Strain the puree through a sieve back into the saucepan. Cool well.
