Pina Colada cocktail

The Pina Colada cocktail will be a great decoration for any party.

Ingredients

• Food (for 4 servings)
• Ice cubes - 4 glasses
• Pineapple juice, chilled - 3/4 cup
• Golden rum - 1/2 cup
• Cream or coconut milk - 1/2 cup
• Pineapple wedges for serving - 4 pcs.

Directions

1. Add ice to a blender, pour pineapple juice, rum, cream (or coconut milk) and pulse until smooth.
2. Pour cocktail into portion glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges.
