Pizza - crispy crust (with semolina)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Knead the dough from the dough products. Cover the dough with a lid or foil and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. I use a switched off oven preheated to 40-45 degrees.
  2. After 1-1.5 hours, roll out the dough into a layer with a diameter of 30 cm. Transfer the layer to a baking sheet sprinkled with flour.
  3. Lubricate with sauce (I have ketchup).
  4. We lay out the filling and cheese. I will be using tomatoes, onions and olives. Cheese - mozzarella or suluguni.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees.
  6. I use the Pizza setting (bottom heat + hot air) and bake at 200 degrees.
  7. We send the pizza to the hot oven. We bake for 10-15 minutes. The cheese should melt, but not brown.
  8. The pizza is ready. Cool slightly, cut into pieces and enjoy.
  9. Bon appetit and success in cooking !!!
