The dough is prepared for one pizza with a diameter of 30 cm. It is universal and suitable for pizza with any filling.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil milk, cool to room temperature. Transfer to a large bowl, add warm water, salt and dry yeast. Add sifted flour and mix.
  2. Add olive oil to a bowl of dough. Knead the dough thoroughly for 10-15 minutes, cover with foil and put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. If the dough is not elastic enough, add a little more olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough and transfer to a floured work surface. Take a round baking dish with a diameter of 28-30 cm, lightly grease its surface with vegetable oil. Knead the dough again. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into as thin a cake as possible, with a diameter larger than the baking dish. Quickly transfer the cake to the mold, press it against the surface of the mold. Fit the future pizza to size, make small sides, bending the excess dough from the edges inward.
  4. To prevent the dough from rising and pushing out the filling during baking, make several punctures on its surface with a knife.
  5. Add olive oil and oregano to the tomato sauce. Stir well and apply in an even layer on the cake, stepping back from the edge about 1.5 cm.
  6. Put mozzarella cheese grated on a coarse grater on the sauce. Put in an oven preheated to 200 C and oven for 15-20 minutes.
