If you want homemade pizza, but there is no way to use the oven, there is a way out - pizza in a pan! This pizza tastes a bit like crab salad, and the appearance is associated with mimosa branches. Pizza dough is kneaded with sour cream and mayonnaise, and the filling is crab sticks, pickles and canned corn. Very unusual, original and delicious!

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Drain liquid from canned corn.
  3. To prepare the dough in a bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise and a little salt.
  4. Stir the ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
  5. Sift flour mixed with baking powder into the resulting base.
  6. Using a whisk, mix into a homogeneous dough, similar in consistency to dough for pancakes.
  7. For the filling, peel the crab sticks from the packaging film and cut into small pieces.
  8. Cut the pickled cucumber into thin slices.
  9. Rinse dill, dry and chop.
  10. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  11. Prepare pizza sauce.
  12. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise (60 g), ground paprika and a mixture of dried Italian herbs.
  13. Stir.
  14. Place a large skillet on the stove and turn on medium heat. Grease the bottom of the pan with a little vegetable oil.
  15. When the pan is hot enough, put all the dough into it and level the surface. The diameter of the resulting pizza base is 25 cm
  16. Lubricate the dough layer with mayonnaise sauce.
  17. Then put the filling ingredients on the base of the dough: crab sticks, pickle slices, corn and dill.
  18. Sprinkle cheese on top of pizza.
  19. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the pizza over low heat for 20 minutes.
  20. Unusual pizza with crab sticks, pickles and corn is ready!
  21. Serve pizza to the table immediately after cooking, hot.
