Pizza in the oven

Ingredients

• one egg
• 1 st serum
• 100 ml vegetable oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp Sahara
• 1 sachet (10 gr) dry yeast
• 3 st flour
• Krakow sausage
• Mayonnaise
• Homemade ketchup
• Cheese

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and leave to rise in a warm place.
2. As the dough rises, put in the refrigerator.
3. I cook on the second day, the dough is in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Roll out the dough.
5. Transfer the rolled-out father-in-law to a baking sheet.
6. Grease with ketchup, mayonnaise.
7. Cut the sausage into washers and place on the dough.
8. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
9. Sprinkle some of the cheese on our pizza and put it in a preheated oven up to 200 degrees.
10. Cook for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and another 7 minutes.
