Pizza on curd dough

Ingredients

• 250 g curd
• 125 g milk
• one egg
• 0.5 tsp, salt
• 0.5 h, l .soda
• 0.5 tbsp. sunflower oil
• 400-500 gr flour
• Mushrooms, sausage, onion, mayonnaise, ketchup, hard cheese or
• 1 b. 130gr sprats
• Sun-dried tomatoes
• Mayonnaise
• Hard cheese

Directions

1. For the dough, mix all the ingredients, knead. The dough is enough for two round pizzas. Stretch the dough with your hands on a baking sheet, grease with mayonnaise, put the filling. Bake at 180 °, 20-25 minutes. I made one pizza with sausage and mushrooms, and the second with sprats and sun-dried tomatoes instead of ketchup.
