Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Roll out the koloboks and spread the resulting cakes on a baking sheet. Grease each with tomato sauce, then sprinkle with cheese so that the 1 cm wide edge remains free. Cut the salami and mortadella into thin slices and place on top of the cheese. Top with pepper.
