Pizza with sausage and mushrooms

Ingredients

  1. Pour 1 cup of warm boiled water, 2 cups of flour into a bowl, stir. Pour 0.5 cups of water, dry yeast, sugar, salt into a clean glass. Stir and pour into a bowl of flour. Add the rest of the flour and stir. Wait until the dough rises (20 minutes). Knead well, adding vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick to your hands.
  2. Put the dough on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and flatten. Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise in a separate container. Apply a thin layer of a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise to the dough. Then lay out the chopped sausage and canned mushrooms.
  3. Chop the onions, fry. Add dried dill.
  4. Grate cheese, add fried onions with dill, stir. Spread on top with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise.
  5. Place the mixture on top of the sausage and mushrooms dough.
  6. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 150-180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  7. Cut. Cover the rest of the pieces with napkins.
