This pizza is made with traditional toppings, but on an unusual basis - potatoes. Potato pizza turns out to be very tasty and very satisfying.

  1. Grate the peeled potatoes.
  2. Put the potatoes in a sieve, rinse with cold water and squeeze well.
  3. Add the egg, salt and spices to the potatoes. Mix.
  4. Add flour.
  5. Mix well until smooth.
  6. Heat a frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm, grease a little with vegetable oil. Spoon the potato mixture evenly into the pan.
  7. Fry over high heat for 2 minutes, then cover, reduce heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Flip the potato pancake over and fry in the same way.
  9. Prepare the ingredients for the filling.
  10. Pass the garlic through a press and mix with the ketchup.
  11. Cut the onion into very thin half rings. Cut the tomatoes into slices, the olives - in half, the sausage - in semicircles.
  12. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  13. Transfer the potato pizza base to a baking dish of the appropriate diameter or onto a baking sheet.
  14. Lubricate the base with garlic ketchup.
  15. Then sprinkle with 2/3 of the grated cheese.
  16. Place onion, sausage and olives.
  17. Arrange the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  18. Put the potato pizza in an oven heated to 210 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
  19. Watch the baking process - once the cheese has melted nicely, you can take the pizza out of the oven.
  20. Delicious and aromatic potato pizza is ready.
