Prune face cocktail

Bourbon can be substituted for whiskey or cognac in this cocktail.

Ingredients

• 40 ml bourbon
• 30 ml aperitif on prunes
• 15 ml orange liqueur
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 4 large ice cubes
• pitted prunes and lemon zest spiral for garnish

Directions

1. Pour bourbon into an ice-filled rock glass and stir until the ice melts slightly. Pour in the rest of the ingredients, mix. Garnish with lemon zest and prunes on a skewer.
