  1. 1. Wash the ripe pumpkin, cut it into several parts, peel, and core with seeds. Take exactly 1 kg of pulp, cut it into medium-sized cubes, and put them in a deep container.
  2. 2. Pour water into a small saucepan, and put it on fire. Add sugar and stir to dissolve it. After the syrup boils, let it boil for 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Next, turn off the stove, and pour the pumpkin slices with hot syrup. Boil for 8-10 minutes. Puree pumpkin pulp with an immersion blender until smooth.
  4. 4. Squeeze juice from oranges. It should be about 500 ml. Combine pumpkin puree with orange juice in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes.
  5. 5. A thick pumpkin drink with a light citrus note is ready. Refrigerate before serving and garnish with a sprig of mint. Also, juice from pumpkins and oranges can be prepared for the winter. To do this, add a little citric acid to the ingredients, and sterilize the container.
