My love for pumpkin has gone even further - now I've made a liqueur! And no matter what the wait is, it's worth it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. I recommend taking the ripest and brightest pumpkin. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and bake in the oven until soft, and cool. Combine vodka and pumpkin in a clean jar, cover with a tight lid and leave for 3-4 weeks.
  2. 2. Strain the pumpkin tincture by squeezing the pumpkin.
  3. 3. Cook spicy syrup from products for syrup, and cool to room temperature.
  4. 4. Pour the cooled syrup along with spices into the tincture, pour into a clean jar, and put away for 5 weeks in a dark place at room temperature.
  5. 6. Strain through a gauze filter, pour into clean bottles, and close with tight lids.
