My family loves pears very much. Now there are just a lot of not bright glossy ones in the store, but more nondescript ones, for example, the Conference variety.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Pour sugar into the pan (I have brown), and put it on fire.
  2. 2. Pour in clean filtered water. While heating, dissolve the sugar. Turn off the fire.
  3. 3. Squeeze juice from the lemon. Here at will: you can 2 tablespoons, or you can juice a whole lemon.
  4. 4. Clean the pears.
  5. 5. Cut into pieces, and pour lemon juice immediately.
  6. 6. Beat with a blender.
  7. 7. Pour the prepared syrup over the puree.
  8. 8. Cool and pour into glasses.
  9. 9. Garnish with a slice of lemon, if desired.
  10. 10. You can throw ice into each glass.
  11. 11. Take on a picnic or cool off with a drink at home.
  12. 12. I advise you to add more lemon juice, it neutralizes the sweetness of the syrup and pears.
