The best spring drink ever! Cooking with fresh rhubarb and Sudanese rose petals.

  1. 1. Let's prepare the products. We cut the rhubarb, wash it with water, and remove the leaves, leaving the petioles. We remove the upper fibers from the petioles.
  2. 2. Slice the peeled rhubarb stalks. To prepare a drink, you need 200 g of peeled rhubarb.
  3. 3. Pour clean water into a saucepan and put it on fire. Bring to a boil and add sugar.
  4. 4. Then put chopped rhubarb into boiling sweet water.
  5. 5. Bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Boil rhubarb in sweet water for 2-3 minutes after boiling.
  7. 7. Then add the petals of the Sudanese rose (hibiscus).
  8. 8. We remove the saucepan from the fire.
  9. 9. Cover the saucepan with a lid. We leave for 10 minutes. Then we filter. Cool and chill the drink.
