Rhubarb, kiwi and banana smoothie

Treat yourself to a cool thick smoothie in the summer!

Ingredients

  1. 1. We wash the berries, and rhubarb, and peel the fruit.
  2. 2. Banana cut into circles, sprinkle with cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. 3. Rhubarb (piece 5-6 cm) cut into cubes.
  4. 4. Pour chilled kefir into a glass for whipping over bananas.
  5. 5. Throw in the same kiwi, rhubarb. Kiwi can not be much smaller.
  6. 6. Pour goji, and honey, to taste.
  7. 7. Blend smoothies with a blender.
  8. 8. Pour into glasses.
  9. 9. Since the smoothie is sour, I decided to sprinkle the top with white chocolate (I have chocolate with crispy corn crumbs).
