To enjoy exquisite rose tea all year round, you need to properly prepare the flowers. Cut them off the bush early in the morning when the roses are at their peak. Do not cut petals.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Bring the water to a boil. Pour 50 ml of boiling water into the teapot so that it warms up from the inside. Leave the rest of the water at room temperature. It should cool down to 75-85°C.
  2. 2. Put loose leaf tea and rosebuds in the teapot. Fill them with hot water. Cover tightly. Wait 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Before pouring the drink into cups, strain it.
  4. Tea can only be brewed from domestic roses. Those flowers that are sold in the store are not suitable for the drink, since chemicals were most likely used in their cultivation and storage. And dyes are often applied to the petals of such roses.
