Simple and delicious sandwiches with a base of ordinary bread can decorate any holiday table: both home and corporate. There is no limit to the imagination - both with forms and with ingredients.

  1. Cut circles of the desired diameter from dried black or white bread.
  2. The shape is arbitrary, you can use metal molds for dough.
  3. Method number 1 with ham and pickled mushrooms:
  4. Grate carrots and the same amount of fresh apple on a fine grater. Fold in a bowl, add finely chopped green onions, quite a bit of mayonnaise and mix.
  5. Prick marinated mushrooms on skewers.
  6. Wrap 0.5 teaspoon of lettuce in a slice of ham.
  7. Pierce champignon, ham and dried bread with a skewer.
  8. Method number 2 with cream cheese and olives:
  9. Mix cream cheese with paprika and garlic.
  10. Pour through a pastry bag with a shaped nozzle onto toasted bread.
  11. Place half an olive on top. You can fill it with sweet paprika if it is without filling.
