For a festive event that includes a table with appetizers, we suggest you prepare sandwiches with a salad of crab sticks, cucumbers and melted cheese.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First of all, let's deal with the "spread" for sandwiches. To do this, we wash the fresh cucumber, dry it and cut it into small cubes. We do not cut the peel from the cucumber.
  2. The next ingredient is crab sticks. We take them out of the package. Grind similarly to cucumber - cubes. Transfer crab sticks to a bowl with cucumbers.
  3. And grate the processed cheese. (For best results, it is advisable to place the cheese in the freezer for 10-20 minutes before grating.) The melted cheese will act as a binder due to its soft texture.
  4. Let's diversify the composition of the salad-"spread" for holiday sandwiches with finely chopped fresh dill.
  5. Add the ingredients to taste in a bowl, season with mayonnaise.
  6. Baton cut into slices.
  7. Slightly dry the loaf slices on both sides in a preheated pan, lightly greased with butter.
  8. It remains only to put the prepared salad-"spread" on toasted slices of bread.
  9. Festive crab stick salad sandwiches are ready. You can serve snacks to guests.
  10. Bon appetit!
