Sandwiches with sausages in the form of hearts

It is easy to show care and make a loved one pleasant both on February 14 and on any other day! Even if the simplest products and a minimum of time are at hand. Make these romantic heart-shaped sausage sandwiches for breakfast in bed on Valentine's Day. Your efforts will certainly be appreciated!

Ingredients

• Bread - 2 slices
• Sausages - 2 pcs.
• Processed cheese - 40-60 g
• Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. the spoon
• Garlic - 1 clove
• Fresh dill - 2-3 sprigs
• For submission (optional):
• Olive / olive (pitted) - 1 pc.
• or tomato / bell pepper - 1 slice

Directions

1. We prepare products for making sandwiches with sausages in the form of hearts.
2. In the process of cooking, we need toothpicks.
3. Cut out blanks from two slices of bread.
4. Toast the slices of bread in a dry frying pan for 2 minutes on each side.
5. We rub the cheese on a fine grater.
6. We chop the dill.
7. Peel the garlic and squeeze it through a press into a bowl of cheese. Add dill and mayonnaise. We mix.
8. Put the cheese mass on slices of bread and distribute.
9. At an angle of about 45 degrees, we cut off the edge of the sausage with a length slightly less than bread slices.
10. In the same way, we cut off all the edges of sausages.
11. With the help of toothpicks, we connect the parts of sausages in pairs, forming "hearts".
12. We spread the "hearts" of sausages on sandwiches with cheese. If desired, we put a small piece of olive, tomato or pepper on the tips of the toothpicks - everything that will help the toothpicks become more like arrows.
13. Sandwiches with sausages in the form of hearts are ready.
