Sassi water

  1. 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  2. 1 cucumber, carefully peeled and thinly sliced
  3. 1 lemon, very thinly sliced
  4. a dozen or so small mint leaves (fresh).
  5. Knead all the ingredients in a large jug overnight.
  6. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight.
  7. We drink the whole decanter per day.
  8. Sassi water can be freely drunk outside of any diets and systems. But for a flat stomach system, this drink is drunk in a row for 4 days at the very beginning, as a starting step.
