This tea is perfect if you are sick or want to boost your immune system.

  1. 1. Pour sea buckthorn into the teapot and crush it with a tablespoon or previously in a container convenient for you.
  2. 2. Finely grate the ginger.
  3. 3. Slice 1/3 lemon into wedges.
  4. 4. Add ginger and lemon to the teapot.
  5. 5. Add mint leaves, cloves, black pepper, and cinnamon stick.
  6. 6. At the very end, add 1 tbsp. l. honey.
  7. 7. Pour boiling water over and let our tea brew for 15 minutes.
