Shawarma with kebab

To prepare kebab shawarma, we need a little patience - and a delicious, fragrant shawarma will be ready. Shawarma with chicken kebab can be taken with you on a picnic, on the road or even to work, for lunch.

  1. My chicken fillet, clean from films and lived. Cut the fillet into small cubes and chop with a meat grinder.
  2. We clean the onions and chop them with a meat grinder immediately into minced chicken.
  3. Washed dill (1 sprig) cut into small pieces.
  4. Add dill to the bowl with minced chicken and onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add eggs, flour and mayonnaise to minced meat.
  6. Mix the minced meat until a homogeneous consistency.
  7. In a heated pan with the addition of vegetable oil, spread the minced meat with a spoon.
  8. Fry kebabs on both sides until golden brown.
  9. Peel the red onion and cut into half rings.
  10. Cut the washed cucumber into thin slices.
  11. Cut the washed tomato into circles and semicircles.
  12. Wash bell pepper, remove seeds and cut into thin strips.
  13. Finely chop the dill and parsley.
  14. We form shawarma with kebab. We cut the pita into two parts.
  15. Put lettuce, 1 kebab, a little onion and pepper on the edge of the pita bread.
  16. Lubricate with ketchup and mayonnaise to taste.
  17. Sprinkle with some greens.
  18. Roll the pita tightly into a roll. By the same principle, we form all the other portions.
  19. Fry the shawarma in a dry, heated frying pan on both sides until a barely noticeable crust.
  20. Shawarma with chicken kebab is ready.
