Shokawain

This is undoubtedly a new word in cooking - in the truest sense of the word. We formed it from "chocolate", of course, and "mulled wine", our favorite winter low-alcohol drink.

Ingredients

• 100 g milk chocolate
• 200 ml milk
• 1 bottle of fortified wine
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 cloves
• 5 allspice peas

Directions

1. Pour the wine into a saucepan, add all the spices, bring to a boil and simmer over very low heat to about 1/3 of the original volume. Remove from heat, remove spices.
2. Grate the chocolate. Pour milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add chocolate and dissolve it, whisking milk with a whisk.
3. Continuing to whisk, pour in the evaporated wine, pour into heat-resistant glasses. Serve immediately.
