I present to your attention a smoothie based on almond milk with carrots, parsley, and raisins.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. For the base of this smoothie, we need almond milk. To do this, put raw (not roasted) nuts in a bowl and cover them with water. Leave overnight.
  2. 2. Before making a smoothie, drain the water from the nuts and rinse them thoroughly. Place the almonds in a blender, add a glass of clean filtered water and blend well.
  3. 3. Strain the milk mass through a cloth (or cheesecloth folded several times) and squeeze well. Almond milk is ready. Almond meals can be eaten simply or used as a smoothie topping or in baked goods.
  4. 4. Let's prepare products for smoothies - raisins steamed with hot water, a slice of lemon, washed and dried fresh parsley.
  5. 5. Wash and peel medium-sized carrots.
  6. 6. Pour almond milk, chopped carrots, and half a banana into a blender bowl and beat at high speed until smooth.
  7. 7. Add parsley, raisins, lemon, and a teaspoon of olive oil to the blender and beat well again.
  8. 8. Pour the smoothie into a glass, and add chopped walnuts and a sprig of parsley.
