Frozen spinach in cubes will always help out when preparing a vitamin smoothie based on kefir or yogurt without additives.

Ingredients

  1. 1. Take out the spinach and defrost it ahead of time.
  2. 2. Transfer the spinach cube to kefir, and add spices.
  3. 3. Add greens (I have frozen).
  4. 4. Beat with a blender.
  5. 5. Pour into a glass.
  6. 6. You can sprinkle the top with flax or sesame seeds.
  7. 7. I added dill and cayenne pepper on top for more spice.
