Snack bread balls with sausage and cheese (in the oven)

  1. Prepare the necessary products.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.
  3. Cut the bread into medium pieces and pour milk over it. Fluff the bread with a fork until the milk is completely absorbed.
  4. Cut the sausage into small cubes and add to the bread.
  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and place in a bowl.
  6. Beat in an egg. Add salt, ground black pepper, dried garlic and basil.
  7. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Form into round balls and roll in breadcrumbs.
  9. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the bread balls in it.
  10. Put the mold in the oven and bake at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes. The balls will become golden brown and crispy.
