Snack "burgers" of champignons - original and very tasty! Such a mushroom appetizer will surprise everyone with its appearance and balanced taste.

Ingredients

  1. We clean the mushroom caps from the skin. Mushroom legs are not needed, they can be used in another recipe.
  2. For the marinade, grate the garlic. Mix garlic with soy sauce and vegetable oil. You can add salt to the marinade if you like.
  3. Marinate chicken fillet in 1 tbsp. l. a spoonful of the resulting marinade.
  4. In the rest of the marinade, pickle the peeled mushroom caps. Let the mushrooms marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Onion cut into thin rings.
  6. Marinate the onion by adding vinegar, sugar, salt and 50 ml of boiling water.
  7. To make mini champignon burgers in no way inferior to their traditional counterparts, you can also make sauce. I suggest making a light yogurt-based tartar sauce.
  8. For the sauce, finely chop the dill and pickled cucumber.
  9. Mix dill and cucumber with yogurt, salt to taste, add sugar and ground black pepper. Let the sauce brew for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Using paper towels, dry the chicken fillet and mushrooms from the marinade. Remove the remaining garlic so that it does not burn.
  11. Fry the chicken fillet in a dry frying pan until tender.
  12. Lubricate all mushroom caps with vegetable oil, and sprinkle half of them with sesame seeds. We bake mushrooms in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  13. Chicken fillet cut into thin slices.
  14. Cucumber cut into thin slices. Cheese cut into small slices.
  15. Assembling the burgers: put a little sauce on the mushroom cap, lettuce, chicken, sauce again, then a slice of cheese, cucumber slices and onion, cover with another hat.
  16. Mushroom snack "burgers" are ready.
