Chilled water infused with fresh berries

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the greens from the strawberries, set aside 4 whole small berries, cut the rest into 4 parts.
  2. Add the strawberry quarters to a large pitcher. Set aside 8 blueberries and add the rest to the same jug. Pour cold water over the berries and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. On 4 small skewers or toothpicks, place blueberries each, then strawberries, and then one more blueberry. Set aside until ready to serve.
  4. Pour the water into four glasses filled with ice. Serve garnished with berries on skewers each serving.
