1. Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add all sugar and seasonings: cinnamon, star anise, vanilla, seeds from two boxes of cardamom, nutmeg, salt, chili pepper, and vanilla, and cover and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Add cocoa and return to heat.
4. Cook, stirring all the time with a whisk until the cocoa dissolves.
5. We filter through a sieve.
6. We wrap ourselves in a blanket and enjoy.
