As you can see, there is no sugar in the recipe - I never put it in drinks, because I think that it does not allow their taste and aroma to be fully revealed. Yes, and extra calories on the eve of New Year's feasts we do not need. Ice cream, chocolate, and spices already make cocoa sweet and nutritious. But if desired, sugar, of course, can be added, and the list and amount of spices can be changed to your liking.
  2. 2. Pour cocoa into a coffee maker or a small saucepan, pour a couple of tablespoons of milk, and mix until smooth so that there are no lumps in the finished drink.
  3. 3. Pour the remaining milk and put the seasonings, after which we mix everything well again.

  5. 5. When the drink warms up a little, we throw chocolate into it. After that, the drink must be constantly stirred so that the chocolate dissolves well. It is not necessary to bring cocoa to a boil, turn off the heat when the chocolate dissolves and foam appears on the surface of the drink.
