Spicy fried chicken wings

Very juicy, moderately fatty, spicy and even slightly sweet - this is how chicken wings fried in a pan are obtained. We don't use panning. Instead, roll the poultry meat in a fragrant and spicy mixture of red pepper, smoked paprika and dried garlic. It turns out tasty and appetizing.

  1. Prepare everything on the list. Rinse chicken meat and pat dry. I have chicken wings from two phalanxes (without the smallest one).
  2. Adjust the amount of spices and spices to your liking.
  3. Divide the wings into pieces by cutting them at the joint. I got 20 pieces.
  4. Send the chicken meat to a deep bowl.
  5. Add dried garlic, smoked paprika, salt, hot red pepper to a bowl.
  6. Thoroughly mix the chicken with spices so that they coat each piece. Let the wings marinate for 15 minutes.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan (2 tablespoons), put the wings in a single layer in hot oil. Fry first on one side for 7-8 minutes over medium heat.
  8. Carefully flip the wings to the other side and fry for another 10 minutes, without covering the pan with a lid.
  9. Put the finished wings on a plate and fry the next portion, adding oil if necessary.
  10. Sprinkle the finished wings with chopped fresh herbs, I have green onions. This will add a fresh taste and brightness to the dish.
  11. Fried chicken wings are equally good as a main course with vegetables, a side dish of boiled potatoes or rice, and as a hot appetizer with any sauce.
