I offer you a recipe for strawberry lemonade, but for this recipe, you can use any other berries instead of strawberries.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Rinse the berries (I add a little vinegar to the water, then rinse). Remove the stalks, and sprinkle with sugar.
  2. 2. Puree in any convenient way. I used an immersion blender.
  3. 3. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice (I use 1.5 lemons), circles of the remaining half of the lemon, and then pour in 1 liter of boiling water, and mix. Leave this mixture on the counter to cool, then refrigerate. You can store this blank for several days in the refrigerator.
  4. 4. Before serving, add 1.5–2 liters of cold water to the workpiece from the refrigerator, taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding a little sugar or water.
  5. 5. Serve with ice and mint leaves.
